Kinnernet Alps 2025 | July 31 - Aug 3, San Sebastiano da Po (Turin)
A vibrant community of innovators
What is Kinnernet?
Kinnernet is a series of invitation-only events bringing together leading creative minds from all walks of life, including entrepreneurs, technologists, startup founders, scientists, and thought leaders. Inspired by Tim O'reilly's Foo Camp, Kinnernet events gather each year between 100 and 200 participants at the time, across multiple locations.
The first Kinnernet event was held in Israel in the spring of 2004. Since then, members of the community have organised gatherings across the globe including US, Italy, France, Ukraine, Spain, Panama, Finland, UAE, Estonia and Portugal. All events are organised by volunteers and are not-for-profit.

Kinnernet is structured as an (un)conference, a format based on an open master-board where all the participants initiate and collaborate in different group sessions which encourage discussion, interaction and creativity. What makes the format unique is a spontaneous and open approach to dialogue, enabling the event to tackle different subjects from multiple angles (be it technology, music, science, art).
Participants are also involved in self-initiated interactive lectures, performances, workshops and demonstrations, whilst taking part in off-site activities to discover the local culture of the host location.
